Meditation

Mediation is a very simple phenomena where all activities seize and you become just watcher of everything all happening around you.Meditation teaches you a new way of life once you learn this you can keep yourself centered and your action becomes more intensely, with more joyful, with more clarity, more vision,more creativity.

Simple Mediation Technique; Sit in meditative pose with spine straight,eyes closed preferably in open nature and let go everything from your mind. Step1:Chant very calm and deep Om mantra(the sound of universe) 10times. Step2:Once you finish chanting just watch your natural breathing till you don't have to put any effort on it. Step3:Slowly shift your awareness to the sounds around you and witness each and every sound around you, sound from the birds, sound from traffic or from any source. Step4:Just keep traveling from one sound to another sound. Mind likes to wander so if any thought comes in your mind let it come and you simply watch and come back to the sounds around you. don't fight with your mind, you just keep watching your thought or the sounds around you...like a watcher..keep practising!
