Dear yoga practitioner or seeker of yoga knowledge to apply yoga practice into your daily life routine,you can book private yoga classes with me online now. Class will be one to one and who wants to book for 7 days at least, as few days it takes to learn the practice then you step into practice. There are few styles which you can choose as per your understanding about the practice; Level 1- Hatha yoga Suitable for very beginners, it's a slow and meditative movement from one asana to another. Level 2 - Vinyasa flow based on Ashtanga vinyasa + kundalini yoga + meditation. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioner, it's little faster movement from one asana to another asana (considering you have some ideas about many asanas) with fire breathing technique. It's a dynamic flow. Level 3- Ashtanga vinyasa (primary series). Suitable for Ashtanga lovers who wants to learn primary series. Level 4 - Pranayama (meditation through breathing techniques). Suitable for all levels who can sit comfortably atleast for an hour:) Level 5 - Mantra chanting ( Bhagvad Gita, chapter:Bhakti Yoga ). Suitable for all levels who loves to chant the song of divine to reach relaxed state of mind. You can book the classes and timings through personal contact, booking will be based on availability of timing. Classes will be conducted on 'Zoom' cloud meeting. Length of the class 60-90 minutes.
